Your data is not our product
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your files stay private
Our team does not routinely open or review your files. They are available only through authorized workspace access.
We do not see your password
Sign-in is handled by our identity provider. Brivaro does not store your password or have access to it.
What Brivaro keeps
We keep the information needed to provide your workspace: account and profile details, workspace records, files you choose to upload, and activity needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use your information to run Brivaro, authenticate users, deliver files and requests to the people you authorize, provide support, and keep the application reliable and secure. We do not use the contents of your files for advertising.
When information is shared
Information is shared only with people you authorize in Brivaro and with trusted service providers that help us operate the application, such as cloud hosting and authentication. Those providers receive only what is needed for their role. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Brivaro and its users.
Storage and protection
Files are stored in private cloud object storage rather than a public folder. Access requires an authenticated, authorized request and uses short-lived links. We use established cloud and identity providers to protect the systems that hold your information.
Your choices
You control which trusted professionals can work with your business in Brivaro. You can update your account information and remove workspace access. Contact us if you need help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting your information.
Questions or changes
We may update this page as Brivaro evolves. We will post material changes here with a new updated date. If you have a privacy question, email privacy@brivaro.xyz.
